What should I do if I receive a suspicious email/SMS claiming to be from LeoVegas?

If you receive an email/SMS that appears to come from us, it’s a scam if it asks for your account information.

LeoVegas will never ask for your log-in information or any other personal or account related information except to verify your identity when you call us or have asked us to do something.

We ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Do not reply to the email/SMS.
• Do not open any attachments or click on URL links contained in the email/SMS.

Forward emails to [e-mail] for us to investigate and take any necessary actions.
